Records

Effective October 16, 2009 Copies of Crash Reports will be $4.00 per report.
This does not include photographs.
Payment can be made in cash, by personal check, or money order
Payment documents should be made out to "Hancock County Sheriff's Office"

Responses to Record Requests will be made during normal business hours.
Monday - Friday 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. excluding legal holidays

Record Requests and Retrieval in person can be accomplished during our regular business hours
200 West Crawford Street, Findlay, Ohio - Use the window labeled "Information"
Call ahead to be sure the requested information is available 419-424-7251

Generally records are not available until at least 3 - 5 business days after the incident is reported
