We accept and fulfull requests for records in a variety of ways.

Responses to Record Requests will be made during our regular business hours.
Monday - Friday 8: 30a.m. - 4:30 p.m. excluding legal holidays

Record Requests and Retrieval in person can be accomplished during our regular business hours

Generally records are not available until at least 3 - 5 business days after the incident is reported
