Transport and Warrant Responsibilites
- Security of the Hancock County Court House
- Transportation of offenders to and from jails and prisons within the jurisdiction of Hancock County Courts
- Transportation of offenders to and from all medical appointments
- Receive, maintain, and execute warrants for various courts such as
- Hancock County Courts - Common Pleas, Domestic Relations, Juvenile, Probate
- Findlay Municipal Court
- Fostoria Municipal Court
- Other courts that may originate a warrant or an order for arrest or detention.

- Paper Process Service
- Subpoenas
- Summons
- Civil Protection Orders
- Notices
- Other writs of Criminal or Civil type
- Sheriff sales
- Securing appraisers
- Completing the appraisal process
- Advertising the properties
- Holding the Sale of properties
- Documenting and reporting to the Court within the confines of the ORC
